Sweet aromas of red berries, with a hint of violets and banilla followed by secondary earthy notes. Black Cherry and red berryfruit characters with a hint of cinnamon and a chocholately finish supported by firm tannins. Ideal with gamey meats. lt also suit lighter dishes such as salmon and lamb. Can be enjoyed now or cellared for up to 5 years.
